At Camps Bay Primary we aim to develop a sense of responsibility, respect for others and self-respect in all our learners. Discipline is approached with this in mind and it is our aim at all times to overcome discipline problems through mediation, counselling and learning. At the same time, no one child should be able to continually compromise the educational experience of others.

The school has a clear and unambiguous discipline procedure, involving different levels of response for different offences. Observing school rules such as punctuality, neatness in appearance and courteousness are also considered essential elements of discipline. Bullying is not tolerated under any circumstances.
